Inpatient Rehabilitation

We understand that a positive experience and comfortable accommodations are an integral part of the recuperation process. In addition to luxury suites and an array of special amenities, our cheerful staff provides a relaxing waypoint on your path to recovery.

Our clinical team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers is widely recognized for its comprehensive approach to recovery in which a customized treatment plan is developed to ensure the highest level of success for return to independence.

The Inpatient rehabilitation services at Liberty Commons are available at the main Broad Reach campus. Since its inception in 1986, Broad Reach has been providing programs for individuals who have an acute illness, injury or who have been recuperating from surgery. We pride ourselves in offering an atypical level of care and accommodations with a focus on commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Outpatient Rehabilitation

Broad Reach Outpatient Rehab Clinic enhances the continuity between inpatient and outpatient care and offers services ranging from post-operative and post-injury therapies to health and wellness and lymphedema programs with a specialization in sports therapy.

Patients of all ages are treated by our team of highly-trained and deeply-committed physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We emphasize one-on-one therapy and match each new patient to therapists who will manage their rehabilitation from start to finish. With skill, kindness, and humor, they instill the confidence necessary to achieve success.

The outpatient rehabilitation Clinic is located on the main Broad Reach campus and is easily accessed through its own outside entrance and parking area. The outpatient rehabilitation center became available to the community in 1995 and was the first in the state to be integrated into a skilled care center establishing a vital link between inpatient and outpatient care.
