Certified Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship Program

Broad Reach Healthcare is offering the opportunity to join our paid Certified Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship Program. The CNA Certification course and State Test are all done here at the Broad Reach facility in Chatham, with no upfront tuition cost or reimbursement to wait for.

Guaranteed starting rate of $20/hour for our Certified Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship Program, with no experience required.

Once certified you will take on a full-time CNA role here at Broad Reach Healthcare in Chatham. Your responsibilities as a CNA will include assisting patients and residents in their daily activities such as eating, dressing and bathing while providing them and their loved ones with support and compassion.

Become a Nurse!

As part of our comprehensive staff education program, once you are qualified as a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to go on to become an LPN at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School or earn your Nursing Degree at Cape Cod Community College.
