Who is this opportunity for? 


This opportunity is for LPNs who want become RNs! You must complete an accredited LPN-to-RN bridge program, granting you credit for existing coursework and experience, and then pass the NCLEX-RN exam to receive state licensure. These bridge programs typically lead to either an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and can be found at community colleges (like Cape Cod Community College Registered Nurse Program), vocational schools, or online programs.


What does Broad Reach Healthcare offer?


  • Zero Tuition Cost: Firstly, we hire you as a full-time LPN at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Chatham, Massachusetts, then we pay your way through an LPN-to-RN bridge program of your choice, covering all school fees.
  • Competitive Remuneration: We continue to pay you for full-time hours, but you only work part-time while you are at school. This gives you the time to study and the resources to do so!
  • Commitment: You commit to working at Broad Reach Healthcare full-time for 3 years once you are a Registered Nurse.

Why become an RN?


As a Registered Nurse, the scope of your work will grow to include greater responsibilities, including developing care plans, administering complex treatments, performing advanced assessments, and supervising LPNs and other staff.

When does the RN Program run?


Typically you can choose your term, starting your journey with 14-week full-term classes in either September or January.

What are the next steps for an RN?


LPN-to-RN bridge program graduates are eligible to continue their education through an RN-BS Online degree program. Broad Reach Healthcare offers funding opportunities for our RNs who want to get their BSN.



What if you are not an LPN yet?


If you are not yet a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are not eligible for the RN Program through Broad Reach Healthcare. However, we have a separate program for candidates who wish to become Certified Nursing Assistants, and then Licensed Practical Nurses!
