We are excited to announce that Mita Gupta, M.D. has joined Liberty Commons, serving its patients and residents as their attending physician during both rehab and long-term care stays, in addition to serving the organization as an Associate Medical Director. Dr. Gupta's thriving outpatient practice at Cape Cod Healthcare's Fontaine Medical Center also means that when her patients are cared for at Liberty Commons, they will be able to maintain a continuity of primary care physician.
Dr. Gupta is a graduate of Dartmouth College and New York Medical College, and is Board Certified in internal medicine. She has been practicing on Cape Cod since 2006, and lives on the Lower Cape with her husband and children.
